I would NOT recommend this app!!!!! I have used the app before to get something on campus and the waiting time is minutes. So I placed a delivery order and since the waiting time was 1hr and 25 min I decided to cancel the order. The operators took FOREVER to try to cancel the order as well as the carrier didnt pick up her phone so she could cancel it herself. Not being able to cancel and order is something that this app does well!!!!!

Awesome app so helpful

Love this app because I never have to stand in long lines at school. I could order food from a restaurant thats across campus and by the time I walk there my food is ready. Works great at Florida International University.

Coolest app bc I can lay in my dorm until my foods ready then go get it

Beware, they charge more than the price charged by the restaurant. App works fine but watch out for hidden up charges they dont tell you about. I just ordered from Pollo Tropical. 1/2 chicken white rice and beans. The pollo tropical receipt says a total amount of $7.41 they charged me $11.51. Yes delivery was 2.99 but where did the other $1.11 go? Then you add the tip of $2 and now you are paying $13.51. In the end I paid an extra 83% to get the food delivered. That seems way to high. In the end to me the bad part is the fact that they are charging more for the items than what you would pay if you ordered through the phone.

As a college student this app really has benefited me when I am crammed for time. Overall it probably amounts to dozens of hours spent not having to go and wait in line or eat somewhere else and the customization of orders is a huge plus. Great job Tapingo team I cant think of any ways to improve this app

I love this app! I go to school and work at a college campus, and lunchtime traffic was always horrible. Now I can have food waiting for me or delivered if I dont want to go off campus! Something to consider - it would be awesome if we could link our Pocket Points accounts and use those discounts with the convenience of this app.

This app is great!

First time using the app, so I figured that before ordering I should walk to the smokehouse BBQ on the USF campus myself. Glad I did, because it isnt where the map says it is. I tried calling and I got an automated voice system saying that Ive reached student dining. Why roll out an app that cant do anything right?
