Ive been waiting over an hour for my delivery. I have not heard from anyone. The app doesnt display all the options at a restaurant. The delivery drivers are poor and not quick. They do not contact you with information.

I love using Tapingo, its easy and super convenient. The only thing I would like to see would be to add a feature where you can put your order in your cart and what time you want to send in the order and the app will do it for you at that time.

They charge $0.50 an order now, not worth it at all

Cancels order if phone loses reception for more than 2 seconds. Bad for commuters who take the subway.

It works great

Tapingo has been pretty great for getting on campus food. I can use my meal plan, which is cool. However, I had no idea that when I ordered for delivery, those fees would be charged to my debit card instead of my meal plan. In my opinion, all fees should go to one account, or people should be given the option. Because of this, I probably wont be ordering delivery much anymore. Quite disappointing.

It was great until they added a service fee

Its really great! But the only thing I wish they had on it was that different places would except your catcard! Its for the UofA students!

This app is easily my new favorite app. Service is fast and fees arent absurd like other campus delivery services!

Used twice, both times the food I ordered was not ready for ten or fifteen minutes at least, even though the app said it should be ready in three minutes. Normally wouldnt be an issue but I used the app precisely because I was on a short ten minute break from class. Showing up back to class ten minutes after break was supposed to end with a coffee and a bagel looks bad. Its not my fault! Im sorry professor!

Food is always hot

The estimated wait times are incredibly long, and actual wait time is always longer! On top of that the app is faulty and not easy to use. Would not recommend!

I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially if you want your food in a timely manner. I ordered my food from Tapingo with an hour wait time, which I was fine with until an hour passed. At that point, I received a text saying that my food would arrive soon, yet I waited another hour with nothing. I called the hotline at that point and I was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes for my order. In the span of almost 3 hours, I could have gotten my food myself and been back to my dorm about 5 or 6 times. I went ahead and canceled my order. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Tapingo? More like tapin"no", I hate this app, food was cold and took an hour, and I paid for that.

I have never had more problems with a service in my life. Im not someone to normally call and complain but Ive found myself needing to do it just about every time I use Tapingo. The food frequently arrives late, is often cold, and once the delivery man dropped the food on the ground in front of me and biked away without offering to make things right. (I was eventually able to get a refund after sending an email with photos.) Last night when I tried to contact them about the food being both late and cold, the customer service rep cut me off, ended the chat, and did nothing to rectify the situation. Ill be ordering Postmates from now on.
